Dubai-Mubasher: Alliance Insurance’s shareholders gave a nod to a 25% dividend payout for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The proposed dividends are equivalent to 25 fils per share and stand at a total of AED 25 million.
The record date is 10 April, the company said in a statement.
